Zhang Jun (张军) (born 26 November 1977) is a male badminton player from the People's Republic of China.

Zhang competed for China in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in mixed double's with partner Gao Ling. They had a bye in the first round and defeated Tsai Chia-Hsin and Cheng Wen-Hsing of Chinese Taipei in the second. In the quarterfinals, Zhang and Gao beat Frederik Bergstrom and Johanna Persson of Sweden 15-3, 15-1 to advance to the semifinals.
