Yuji Hamano (born 6 September 1980) is an athlete from Japan. He competes in archery.

Hamano competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's individual archery. He was defeated in the first round of elimination, placing 37th overall.

Hamano was also a member of the 8th-place Japanese men's archery team at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
