A.S. Yakovlev Design Bureau JSC is a Russian aircraft designer and manufacturer (design office prefix Yak).

It was founded in 1932 by Alexander Sergeevich Yakovlev.

During WWII Yakovlev designed and produced the famed Yakovlev (aircraft) line of fighter aircraft.

Merged into the Yak Aviation Company with Smolensk Aviation Plant Joint Stock Company in March 1992, although the two companies were operated separately.

Underwent privatization and became Yak Aircraft Corporation.

Yakovlev Experimental Design Bureau , designer of the Pchela (drone reconnaisance aircraft) (Bumblebee).
