Wyandotte County (standard abbreviation: WY) is a county located in the U.S. State of Kansas. As of 2000, the population is 157,882. Its county seat is Kansas City, Kansas, 6 with which it shares a unified government.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 403 km˛ (156 mi˛). 392 km˛ (151 mi˛) of it is land and 11 km˛ (4 mi˛) of it is water. The total area is 2.76% water.
