Wong Chak (also known as Alfonso Wong) is the author who created the popular Chinese comic strip Old Master Q in 1962, using his eldest son's name "Wong Chak" as a pen-name. Old Master Q has since been made into 5 Cantonese and 2 Mandarin cartoon animations, TV series, plays and a 3D movie.

Wong was originally named Wang Jia Xi and was born in Tianjin. He likes to fish and could draw with both hands. Wong has 6 sons, all of whom have his artistic genes.

Wong has now retired and is living in America.
