The Wolffian duct (also known as Archinephric duct, Leydig's duct, and the mesonephric duct) is an organ found in humans during fetal development . It carries urine from the wolffian body (or mesonephros ).

In a male, it develops into the vas deferens; in a female, into the epoophoron .

It is named after Kaspar Friedrich Wolff .
