The U.S. release featured a "fake stereo" mix, added the single " I Want To Hold Your Hand", "I Saw Her Standing There" (from Please Please Me), and "This Boy" and omitted "Please Mister Postman", "Roll Over Beethoven", "You Really Got A Hold On Me", "Devil In Her Heart", and "Money".
