Vluka shin or Влъкашинъ ( Serbian Vukašin Mrnjavcevic; Bulgarian Vulkashin) (around 13201371) was a medival ruler in modern-day central and northern Macedonia, who ruled from 1365 to 1371.

He is mentioned in 1350 as župan of Prilep , and later was given title despot by Serbian tsar Stefan Uroš. Since 1365 he was king under Uroš.

He ruled over an area which included Prizren, Skoplje and Prilep , and had good relations with his brother despot Iowan Ugleša (Iowaн Углеша; Jovan/Ivan Uglješa) who ruled an area around Ser . Later he became strong enough to disobey Uroš.

The brothers have resisted the invading Turks, but in the battle at Chernomen , on September 26September 26 is the 269th day of the year (270th in leap years) in the Gregorian Calendar, with 96 days remaining. With his wife Ielena, Vlukašin had sons MarkoPrince Marko (also rendered King Marko in English; Serbian Kraljevic Marko Bulgarian Krali Marko (around 1335 — 1395) was son of king Vukashin, who ruled in modern day central Macedonia, with capital in Prilep. After his father died fighting against the T, Andrijaš, Dimitru and Ivaniš, and daughter Olivera who was married for Djuradj I Balšic .
