Udi Manber is one of the authors of Agrep and GLIMPSE. He also has an interest in computer networks. He was a professor at the University of Arizona and authored several articles while there. He wrote 'Introduction to Algorithms -- A Creative Approach' (BooksEnthsiast.com), a book on computer programming techniques. He earned a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Washington in 1982. He now works for Amazon.com as the chief algorithms officer, a vice president level position.
