Thompson, Manitoba is a city in Manitoba. It is one of the main cities of northern Manitoba, and is located approximately 800 km north of Winnipeg and 400 km from The Pas.

Thompson contains one of the two main campuses of the University College of the North.

Its most prominent local industry is nickel mining.
