Terry Wayne Adams (born March 6, 1973 in Mobile, Alabama) is a Major League Baseball pitcher. Adams, who never attended college, has been playing baseball since 1995.

Adams has played for five teams during his career: Chicago Cubs (1995-1999), Los Angeles Dodgers (2000-2001), Philadelphia Phillies (2002-2003), Toronto Blue Jays (2004) and Boston Red Sox (2004). On July 24, 2004, Adams was traded from the Blue Jays to the Red Sox for minor league third baseman John Hattig.
