Ted is a low-cost airline operating in the United States, a subsidiary of United Airlines. The name comes from the last three letters in the United brand name.
Its creation was announced November 12, 2003 and service began on February 12, 2004. The airline is equipped with Airbus A320 aircraft and is based at Denver International Airport. Like its parent, Ted is part of the Star Alliance.
