Ted Arnott (born April 8, 1963 in Fergus, Ontario) is a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario representing the district of Waterloo--Wellington .

Arnott received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1985 and a Diploma in Business Administration from the same institution in 1986.

He was first elected to the legislature in the election of 1990, defeating New Democrat Dale Hamilton by about 1,300 votes. He was re-elected with a much greater majority in the 1995 election, in which the Progressive Conservatives formed a majority government. Arnott describes himself as a "moderate conservative", and endorsed John ToryJohn Tory (born May 28, 1954) is a Canadian businessman and leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party. He is the former president of the Canadian Football League, and former CEO of Rogers Cable Inc.
