Stephen Francis O'Neill ( July 6, 1891 - January 26, 1962) was an American catcher and manager in Major League Baseball.

Born in the Scranton, Pennsylvania suburb of Minooka , he played for the Cleveland Indians from 1911 to 1923. After retiring as a player, he managed the Indians from 1935 to 1937. He enjoyed his greatest success as a manager with the Detroit Tigers from 1943 to 1948, winning a World Series championship in 1945.
