Splinter is an album released by The Offspring on December 9, 2003. The original title for Splinter was Chinese DemocracyChinese Democracy is an unreleased album by Guns N' Roses. The album hasn't got a release date yet but it will probably surface in 2005. These four songs were performed during the 2002 tours: The Blues first performed in Las Vegas Chinese Democracy (Frees, but due to a dispute with Guns n' Roses lead singer Axl RoseAxl Rose (born February 6, 1962) is an American hard rock singer and songwriter, born as William Bruce Rose in Lafayette, Indiana. According to his account, Rose had a deeply troubled family life, with abuse at the hands of his father and stepfather., the title was changed.
