Sensei no Ojikan(Japanese: せんせいのお時間, alternatively known as Doki Doki School Hours) is a 13-episode anime TV series that was animated by J.C.STAFF and aired on TV Tokyo from April 4 to June 27, 2004.The series,based on the Tamami Momose manga of the same name,centers around 27-year old homeroom teacher Mika Suzuki(who only looks about half her age)and the eccentric and colorful students of her class.Though it is very similar in concept to Azumanga Daioh;the Sensei no Ojikan manga was first serialized in 1997,two years before the Azumanga Daioh manga began its serialization.Additionally,before the recent anime incarnation,the original manga spawned a series of drama CDs.
