Samuel H. Huntington ( October 4, 1765 - June 8, 1817) was an American jurist who was Governor of Ohio from 1808- 1810.

He was the nephew and adopted son of Samuel Huntington, the first President of the Continental Congress under the Articles of Confederation. A 1785 graduate of Yale College. He was admitted to the bar and began practicing law in Connecticut.
