Ry is a municipality in central Denmark, in the county of Aarhus, on the peninsula of Jutland. The municipality covers an area of 152 km², and has a total population of 10,547.

In Finland, an ry is a suffix ending which generally denotes a registered, non-profit organization. In this instance, ry is an abbreviation for rekisteröity yhdistys, or "registered association", i.e.: tAAt, ry.
