13. SaaxilSaaxil is a region gobolka in northern Somaliland. Its capital is Berbera. It is bordered by Red Sea and the Somaliland regions of Woqooyi Galbeed, Sanaag, Togdheer and Awdal. Saaxil is one of the six regions of the self-proclaimed but internationally unr (*)( BerberaBerbera is capital of Saaxil. Berbera is seaport in Somaliland, with the only sheltered harbour on the south side of the Gulf of Aden; population (2000) 300,000. It is in a strategic position on the oil route and has a deep-sea port, completed in 1969.)

16. Shabeellaha HooseShabeellaha Hoose is a region gobolka in southern Somalia. Its capital is Marka. It is bordered by the Somalian regions of Banaadir, Shabeellaha Dhexe, Hiiraan, Bay and Jubbada Dhexe and the Indian Ocean. Shabeellaha is a corruption of Sanskrit Maheshvara ( Merca )
