Its hind feet are webbed, allowing it to swim, and it uses its whiskers to maintain balance.
In Pokémon Red/ Blue, Yellow and Pokémon Gold/ Silver/ Crystal, Raticate can be either found in many locations or evolved from Rattata. In Pokémon Sapphire/ Ruby, Raticate is not available at all.
