Radegast is a small town in the district Köthen, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is administrated in the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Anhalt-Süd. The town covers an area of 395 ha and has a population of 1345.

The first written document mentioning Frates de Radegiz dates from the year 1244. In 1727 the village received market and city rights from Prince Leopold of Anhalt-Dessau. On April 1 1994 Radegast joined the Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Gölzau-Görzig, which was renamed to Anhalt-Süd on the same date.
