Orchitis is severe swelling of the testicles. Results after severe infection. Some people inject their testicles with saline or some other form of injection to enlarge their testicles. This can be dangerous. I have had young patients come tell me that they were doing this and it has lead to such infection. Always be careful whenever you experiment with such things. Seek medical attention or contact your Dr for an appointment as soon as possible. If you are ejaculationg blood or pass blood in the urine and have a shollen testicle or testicles and they are painful and have lasted for more than a couple of days you need to seek medical attention. Very rare testicular torsion has similar symptoms but must be diagnosed by a Physician to know for sure. Please do not refer to this content but contact your physician for questions.
