OpenNAP is a piece of free software that replicates the functionality of the once-popular Napster peer-to-peer filesharing server. OpenNAP uses a free Napster-like protocol with extended functionality, is released under the GNU General Public License, and runs under Unix-like operating systems, such as Linux, and under Windows NT and Windows 2000.

There is also a newer version called opennap-ng.
