Noel Lynch was a Green Party politician and a member of the London Assembly. He took up his seat on 2 May 2003, replacing Victor Anderson who resigned. Due to a fall in the Green vote, he did not retain the seat at the 2004 London Assembly election.
He was the Green Party's candidate at the 2003 Brent East by-election.
He grew up in County Limerick, Ireland and moved to London in 1986. He is active is community politics in Finchley and before becoming a member of the London Assembly worked for the No-Euro campaign.
He is the owner of the London Green News newspaper.
