Nicollet County is a county located in the U.S. State of Minnesota. As of 2000, the population is 29,771. Its county seat is St. Peter 6.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,209 km˛ (467 mi˛). 1,171 km˛ (452 mi˛) of it is land and 38 km˛ (15 mi˛) of it is water. The total area is 3.14% water.
