1 Media and Politics
Poland has instituted freedom of press since the fall of communism. However, TV and radio are still politically controlled, via Radio and TV Committee , currently by leftist government circles.
They often use the public TV as means for propaganda. Recently grave irregularities have been found in the state owned TV channels during the investigation into the Rywin affair.
