2 Plot

Magic tells the story of a talented ventriloquist, Corky (Hopkins), his relationship with his dummy and eventually a woman, Peggy Ann Snow (Margret). Early on, it's apparent Corky has an unusual attachment to Fats, his dummy. Soon its apparent that Fats has a mind of his own and wants to control his master. Does Fats really have a mind of his own or is it Corky projecting his feelings through his prop?
