Madeleine Bordallo (born May 31, 1933) is the Delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives. She was born in Graceville, Minnesota, and attended St. Mary’s College , South Bend, Indiana and St. Katherine’s College , St. Paul, Minnesota. She was a member of the Guam Senate, unsuccessful candidate for Governor of Guam in 1990 and Lieutenant Governor of Guam from 1995 - 2002. Her late husband, Ricardo Bordallo served as Governor of Guam from 1975 to 1979.
