Luleċ is a town and municipality in Norrbotten County, in northern Sweden. The population of the town is 45,000. The municipality covers an area of 1,807.3 km². Of the total population of 71,652, 36,201 are male, and 35,451 are female. The population density of the community is 40 inhabitants per km².
The harbour of Luleċ is of particular significance for iron ore from LKAB's mining in Kiruna and Gällivare/ Malmberget. Due to sea ice situation in the Gulf of Bothnia, the harbour is typically closed each year DecemberMay.
The Church Village of Gammelstad , outside Luleċ is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
