Leisel Jones (born 30th August, 1985) is an Australian Swimmer. An participant in the 2000 Summer Olympics - at just 16 years old - and 2004 Summer Olympics Olympics, she was part of Gold medal winning Australian team in the Women's 4 x 100 metre Medley Relay at the Athens Games in 2004.

She is currently the world record holder in 100m breaststroke.

Jones trains at the Redcliffe club in Queensland and is coached by Ken Wood. Her training partners include fellow Australian team members, Geoff Huegill and Jessicah Schipper .
