The Legislative Assembly of Alberta is located in Edmonton. The members of the 25th Legislature were elected in the general election held on March 12, 2001 and, with the exception of the three MLAs listed below, held their seats until dissolution of the legislature on October 25, 2004.

On November 22, 2004, the 26th Alberta general election will be held to elect a new legislature.
