Founded in 1927, Le Mans Academy was a boys boarding middle school (grades 5-9) located 90 minutes east of Chicago, Illinois near La Porte, Indiana in a 700 acre land, sponsored by the Brothers of Holy Cross from the University of Notre Dame.

Due to a drop in enrollment the school closed it's doors May 22, 2003.
