Kuldip Singh Kular is a politician in Ontario, Canada. He is currently a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, representing the riding of Bramalea-Gore-Malton-Springdale for the Ontario Liberal Party.

Kular was born to a Sikh family in Punjab, India, and received a medical degree from Guru Nanak Dev University .
