Körös (-Hungarian, in Romanian: Cris) is the name of a river in eastern Hungary. It is formed at the confluence of the rivers Crisul Alb (-Romanian, in Hungarian: Fehér-Körös) and Crisul Negru (-Romanian, in Hungarian: Fekete-Körös) near the city Gyula. The river Crisul Repede (-Romanian, in Hungarian: Sebes-Körös) flows into the river Körös near the city Gyoma . All three rivers Crisul Alb , Crisul Negru and Crisul Repede have their source in Romania. The Körös flows into the river Tisza near the city Csongrád.
