Kenneth Baker, Baron Baker of Dorking, PC, is an English politician, and former Tory MP. He served as Secretary of State for the Home Department, Secretary of State for Education, and Secretary of State for the Environment. He was Chairman of the Conservative Party at the time Margaret Thatcher resigned.
