John Blair Smith Todd ( April 4, 1814 - January 5, 1872) was a Delegate from Dakota Territory to the United States House of Representatives. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and moved with his parents to Illinois in 1827. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 1837, and served as commissioned officer in the Seminole War and the Mexican-American War.
