Charles Joseph Scarborough (born April 9, 1963), better known as Joe Scarborough, was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 to 2001, and currently hosts a nightly program on the MSNBC cable network called Scarborough Country.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he graduated from a Catholic high school in Pensacola, Florida. Scarborough served on the Armed Services Committee, the Judiciary Committee, Government Reform and Oversight, and the Education Committee.
