Jessica Marie Alba (born April 28, 1981 in Pomona, California) is an American actress who has worked in film and television. She is most famous for her role as Max Guevera in Dark Angel. Her father was of Mexican descent. Her mother is half French, half Canadian. Her brother Joshua Alba is also an actor. He played in the first season of Dark Angel.
