Nuttall was born in Clitheroe, Lancashire, and grew up in HerefordshireHerefordshire is a county in the West Midlands region of England. He studied painting in the years after the Second World War and began publishing poetry in the early 1960s. Early life Cobbing was born in Enfield and grew up within the Plymouth Brethren. He attended, he founded the influential Writers Forum Press and writers workshop.
