Jason Robertson ( 1982- 2003) was an AIDS activist and his battle to attend school as a boy with AIDS in the 1980s helped other children with the same condition to overcome the dilemma. He was diagnosed with the AIDS virus in 1986. He contracted the virus through blood products used to treat his hemophilia. He died at 23.
