Janice Elaine Voss (born 8 October 1956) is an American astronaut.

Voss earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Purdue University while working on a co-op at the Johnson Space Center. After earning her doctorate in astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, she worked for Orbital Sciences Corporation in the area of flight operations support.
