JPMorgan Chase ( incorporated in Delaware as JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2000) is a global financial services firm with operations in more than 50 countries. The company's NYSE ticker symbol is JPM.

In 2000 J.P. Morgan & Company merged with Chase Manhattan Bank. On July 1, 2004 it merged with the country's sixth largest bank by assets, Chicago-based Bank One The firm is based in New York City, with offices worldwide.

JP Morgan Chase recieved a 100% rating on the first Corporate Equality Index released by the Human Rights CampaignThe Human Rights Campaign HRC is the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender ( LGBT) equal rights organization in the United States.
