Interstate 110 is the designation for five tertiary interstate routes in the United States associated with the main route Interstate 10.

1 California

Interstate 110, also known as the Harbor Freeway, is a 20.43 mile spur of I-10 in the Los Angeles area. It travels southward from the southwest corner of downtown Los Angeles, near the Staples Center, to Gaffey Street in San Pedro. North of I-10 (known in this section as the Santa Monica Freeway), the Harbor Freeway continues as California State Highway 110.

2 Texas

Interstate 110 is an unsigned 0.92 spur route in El Paso extending from Interstate south to Texas State Highway 375 at the Rio Grande River. The route is signed as United States Highway 54 , which also continues north of Interstate 10.

3 Louisiana

Interstate 110 is an 8.89 spur route in Baton Rouge , running from Interstate 10 north to United States Highway 61 and the Baton Rouge Metro Airport

4 Mississippi

Interstate 110 is a 4.1 mile spur route in Biloxi, running south from Interstate 10 to United States Highway 90.

5 Florida

Interstate 110 is a 6.94 mile spur route in Pensacola, running south from Interstate 10 to United States Highway 98 .
