Ian Lang, Baron Lang of Monkton, PC, is a Scottish Conservative politician. He was MP for Galloway from 1979 to 1997, and served as Secretary of State for Scotland from 1990 to 1995, and then Secretary of State for Trade and Industry until 1997.

He lost his seat in the 1997 general election. He was made a life peer in September 1997.
