Hoyt Sanford Vandenberg ( January 24, 1899 - April 2, 1954) was an U.S. Air Force officer and director of the Central Intelligence Group . He was the U.S. Chief of Military Intelligence during World War II. Vandenberg was allegedly a member of the Majestic 12.
