Harry Palmer is a fictional secret agent who is the central character in a number of films based on the three of the first four spy novels by Len Deighton. In Deighton's novels, which are written in the first person, the character is unnamed. In the films Palmer is played by Michael Caine.

There are five Harry Palmer films.

The first three are based on Deighton's novels. (The second novel, Horse Under Water, was not used.)

In the 1990s, two more Harry Palmer films were produced using original screenplays.
