Hamburger University is a 130,000 square foot (12,000 mē) training facility of McDonald's Corporation, located in Oak Brook, Illinois. The university was designed to instruct personnel employed by McDonald's in the various aspects of the business. The university has graduated over 70,000 managers and has 30 resident professors.

Hamburger University was founded in 1961, at a McDonald's restaurant in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Class sizes today are over 200 students per class on average.

The current dean is Diana Thomas.
