HPNS, High Pressure Nervous Syndrome or Helium Tremors is a diving disorder caused by using breathing gases that contain helium at depths in excess of 130 metres / 429 feet.

The symptoms are muscle twitching, co-ordination difficulties, confusion, disorientation, drowsiness and unconsciousness.
