Gerlach-Empire is located at 40°37'22" North, 119°20'29" West (40.622883, -119.341273) ¹.

2 Demographics

As of the census ² of 2000, there are 499 people, 234 households, and 146 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 2.0/km² (5.3/mi²).
