Frederator Studios is an independent animated cartoon studio founded by Fred Seibert in 1997.

Its debut production was the television series Oh Yeah! Cartoons, which later spun-off three series: The Fairly OddParents, ChalkZone, and My Life as a Teenage Robot.

In October 24, 2004, Frederator Studios and Animation magazine teamed up with the Nickelodeon cable channel to launch the television series and competition Nicktoons Film Festival.
